美標卸扣(又稱為美式卸扣，高強度卸扣)本體采用45號鋼，橫銷40Cr材質模鍛而成。產(chǎn)品包括G-209，G-2130，G-210，G-2150，G-213和G-215六大系列。0.5T 1T 1.5T 2T 3.25T 4.75T 6.5T 8.5T 9.5T 12T 13.5T 17T 25T 35T 55T 85T 120T 150T 200T 共20多種規(guī)格。試驗載荷為額定工作載荷的2倍，最小破斷載荷均為額定工作載荷的4倍。對每一批次產(chǎn)品進行嚴格的抽樣破斷測試。進行磁粉探傷。表面處理:電鍍鋅、熱鍍鋅、油漆。

國內銷售的美標卸扣大多都是按照美國CROSBY標準尺寸生產(chǎn)的，生產(chǎn)工藝大多為模鍛。美標卸扣相比較比我們國標卸扣，船用卸扣和日式卸
扣體積更小，重量更輕，安全系數(shù)更高。工作環(huán)境要求零下40度和120度之間，不適于強堿強鹽的環(huán)境長期使用。廣泛用于機械、冶金、
電力、鐵路、水利、港口、礦山、建筑、碼頭、造紙、化工等行業(yè)。G-213系列規(guī)格有：1/4、5/16、3/8、7/16、1/2、5/8、3/4、7/8、
1、1-1/8、1-1/4、1-3/8、1-1/2、1-3/4、2。

shackles。
The working environment requires between minus 40 degrees and 120 degrees, which is not suitable for long-term use in strong
alkali and salt environment。

The test load is 2 times of the rated working load, and the minimum breaking load is 4 times of the rated working load。
Carry out strict sampling and breaking test for each batch of products。
