全鋼環(huán)槽鉚釘:
全鋼扁圓頭環(huán)槽鉚釘為結(jié)構(gòu)型抽芯鉚釘,其設(shè)計(jì)用于高強(qiáng)度和安全性要求高的連接結(jié)構(gòu),是根據(jù)虎克定律單向拉伸原理發(fā)明的防止松動(dòng)的抽芯鉚釘,由鋼制的釘桿和鋼制的套環(huán)兩部分組成,用專用工具把兩個(gè)被鉚接物件夾緊后,將套環(huán)的金屬擠壓并充滿到鉚釘栓柱的環(huán)狀凹槽內(nèi),使套環(huán)與栓柱嚴(yán)密結(jié)合。
信吾全鋼扁圓頭環(huán)槽對(duì)應(yīng)的Avdel型號(hào)為Avdelok 2621,對(duì)應(yīng)的Huck型號(hào)為C6LB-R,和C6LB-R環(huán)槽鉚釘?shù)闹饕?guī)格為4.8-9.6mm(3/16-3/8)。

全鋼環(huán)槽鉚釘特別適用于焊接(傳統(tǒng)連接方式)不能應(yīng)用的工位,或是連接成本較高的連接方式,可代替螺栓螺母,廣泛應(yīng)用在集裝箱、客車、建筑、路橋、制冷、軌道交通等行業(yè)。
